Shipping
Bell Saffron shall supply the goods within India to the delivery address stated against a credit card, debit card, internet banking, UPI or, COD payments. For payments by COD, fees shall be charged and stated clearly during the order processing. Any and all charges related to the product, shipping, COD will be clearly stated before the order has been confirmed.
All products will be dispatched within a day after the order has been placed. The duration of delivery shall be determined by courier service, usually between 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping to other countries shall be by agreement. All and any customs charges and costs of international payments shall be charged to the Customer and can be incurred subsequently, i.e. not stated on the order confirmation.

Any and all communication including confirmation of order placement, shipping details of the order, refunds, and cancellation shall be done via e-mail.
Cancellation and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days after receiving the goods. In a highly unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our Saffron please provide us an email with clear reasoning as to why you were unsatisfied with our product.

Orders can be canceled anytime before shipping. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Bell Saffron in case of any misuse by the buyer.
