Saffron Threads: 10-15 strands per serving
15-20 strands of Bell Saffron (Keshar)
25-30 Almonds (Badam)
500 ml Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
Take about 3 tbsp of milk in a small cup and soak about 20 strands of Bell Saffron in it for about 15-20 minutes.
Soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes.
Remove the skin of almonds, add them into a blender with 1/2 cup of milk and grind them into a smooth paste.
Heat the milk in a pan and when it comes to a boil, add the soaked saffron and the almond paste and simmer it for 10 minutes.
Add sugar and cook for another minute.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits and few saffron strands.
